Pat has been actively involved in the Denver commercial real estate industry for 25 years.  Multi-family has been the staple of his brokerage business where he has completed diversified transactions in almost every category in the investment arena including, self-storage, office, retail, industrial, hotel and various land development transactions.  His years at Fuller and Company, Cassidy Turley and Cushman and Wakefield were an invaluable learning experience where he was mentored by some of Colorado’s leading real estate minds. During that time, he invested in his own developments and income producing assets.  His resume of work includes building a hotel in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, owning and renovating apartments for his own portfolio and other real estate opportunities.

His entire career formed what is now HRE Holdings and Development.  The many relationships and vast array of experience has provided an intimate working knowledge of development, construction, management and finance.
