We’ve also developed senior and Alzheimer’s group homes and various retail income producing assets.

Pat Henry
Principal
Pat has been an influential figure in Denver’s commercial real estate industry since the late 1990’s, earning a reputation as a leader within Colorado’s investment market. Multi-family has been the staple of his brokerage business where he has completed diversified transactions in almost every category in the investment arena including self-storage, office, retail, industrial, hotel and various land development transactions.
His years at Fuller and Company, Cassidy Turley and Cushman and Wakefield were an invaluable learning experience where he was mentored by some of Colorado’s leading real estate minds. During that time, he invested in his own developments and income producing assets. His resume of work includes building a hotel in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, owning and renovating apartments for his own portfolio and other real estate opportunities.
His entire career formed what is now HRE Holdings and Development. The many relationships and vast array of experience has provided an intimate working knowledge of development, construction, management and finance.
